It is made of elastic and orthopedic breathable woven fabric. The elastane used in the fabric is gimlet, and the metal underwires are made of semi-rigid, stainless steel materials. The velcro straps, buckles, and other plastic materials used on the product are made of materials that will not affect X-ray images.

Mode of Action:
Its elastic structure compresses the tissues in the waist and hip area, strengthening the muscles and preventing swelling. The product, with its plastic and metal underwires, appropriately restricts the movement of the lumbar vertebrae, allowing the waist to rest. The corset's elastic structure helps the lumbar vertebrae support the upper body.

Design and sizes:
Care should be taken when designing the corset to the anatomical shape of the waist. The lumbosacral corset is manufactured in widths of 26-32 cm. It is available in various sizes, depending on waist circumference and lumbar height, and is supported by additional straps in addition to the main material. It is supported by four semi-rigid plastic underwires: two at the front and two at the back. Two underwire pockets are added to the section of the corset that meets the spinal area. It can be supported by plastic underwires or rigid metal underwires, depending on the doctor's preference. The back of the corset is padded with an additional sponge to prevent the underwires from causing any damage to the body.

Application instructions:

1.     While the patient is standing and in a straight position, the appropriate size is determined according to the waist circumference at the level of the navel.

2.     The metal underwires inside the corset are shaped to fit the anatomical curvature of the waist and placed in pockets.

3.     The corset is applied from the front with the help of velcro straps, surrounding the waist area.

4.     Finally, the extra straps are joined.

·         Do not iron or hang to dry.

·         No detergent is used; white soap is used.
